Online Purchases Return Policy

Online purchases can be returned online (shipped back to our warehouse) or in store. If choosing to ship back to our warehouse, please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

Items purchased at regular price or have a discount of less than 20% off are eligible for a full refund onto the original method of payment within 21 days of online order arrival. After this period, we will no longer accept return requests.

SALE ITEMS

Online purchases made with a combined discount of greater than or equal to 20% are final sale (includes markdown items and promo code usage)—no refunds or merchandise credit.

IN STORE EXCHANGES

Online purchases made with a combined discount of less than 40% off can be exchanged in store only within 21 days of online order arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders outside of Canada and the US are final sale—no refunds, exchanges or merchandise credit.

Return Conditions

· Request must be accompanied by a valid receipt

· Request must be made in the same country of purchase

· Items must be in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged) with tags attached

· Shoes must be in their original box

· Jewelry must be in their original packaging

· Bodysuits

· Headwear
